💡 Some customers have item restrictions in place so you may not see the same items for every customer

When logged into iPad, even after a reset, you are not seeing the expected items inside a collection or when you search.
Things to check:
- Is the item collection visible in the menu?
- Do you have a customer selected?
- If you have a customer selected then that customer may have **item restrictions …** you need to check if the items are missing for everyone or just that customer.
Solution1:
- Try selecting a different customer. Do you see the items now?
Solution2:
- From the Main Menu, Tap Home then Tap Products. This will take you to the Products page with no customer selected. Do you see the items now?
Solution3:
- Check with the office that the items you are looking for are marked as available for sale and do not have item restrictions for that customer
Solution 4:
- Check with the office that your Sales Team is setup correctly and any new collections have been applied
