If there are some collections missing when you are browsing the Catalogue there are a few things to check.
Things to check:
- Is this a new Collection / was it added recently?
- Can other reps see the collections on their iPads?
- When was the last time you reset your app?
Things to try:
- When a new collection is added to the Catalogue you must perform a reset of the iPad app before the new collection will be shown. How to reset the app?
- When a new collection is created or updated, the root of that collection must be un-checked and then re-checked in the Sales Team setup page. This will add all the correct permissions to the root collection and all its sub collections (including the new collection)
