How to Sync
<aside> 💡 Remember to sync as often as you can while online. The more you sync, the quicker it will be. Syncing will also ensure the office has your newest data.

If you have tried a sync but things are not working as you expect it might be necessary to Reset the app.
To reset the App you must be online. When you reset the App, a one way data sync to the cloud will be started. Once this sync has finished the reset will wipe all your SalesMachineX data from the device!!
You can check the last time you reset on the main menu of the app. You will see a ‘Last Reset’ date and time. If your company is working with lots of data it is a good idea to reset as often as possible to make sure everything is up to date.
Check your orders are with the office before you reset
Make sure you run a sync to ensure all your orders are on the server before you reset.
How to reset
To Reset, Open the menu of the app and tap the Reset option
When you tap Reset, a one way sync from your device to the cloud be started
When the sync is finished your SalesMachineX data will be wiped from the device
Once you have reset you will need to login again. When you login for the first time after a reset it will bring down all the up to date data from the office.
