What is a force sync does not work?

Force Sync a Document

If the office has not received an order you can try to force sync specific orders by going into the order, clicking the more arrow at the bottom right and then clicking ‘Sync Document’ from the menu

What if a force sync does not work?

If you cannot force sync the document there could be an issue with the document or the lines on the document. This could also stop other documents from syncing during a normal sync.

What to try

• You could ring the office and get them to put the order through on the website then you can reset or re-install to start over with a new database
• Create a new document with the same lines, delete the original document, then try to force sync the new document to see if it goes through ok
