Resetting and re-installing the app will help us determine if the issue is related to your device or data. When you reset, a one ways sync to the cloud will be started then your current database will be wiped and you will be setup with fresh data from the server. When you delete and re-install the app you will be running the latest version and will start you off with fresh data.
