View a list of Customer Baskets
- From the Main Menu of the main SalesMachineX website select Sales then Baskets
- You will see a list of all customer baskets that have items. You can search the list by User ID, Customer ID or Customer Name

View Basket Details
- Clicking on a document number will take you to the basket detail page.
- On this page you will see all the details of the basket including the total amount and all the items the customer has added.
- If the basket has payment details the basket has likely been paid for but not converted to an order. You can convert the basket to an order following the steps below

Convert a Basket to an Order
If a customer has trouble placing an order from the Customer Portal or PortalX App you can now place the order for them.
- To convert a basket to an order click the ‘Convert To Order’ button at the top right of the page. This will empty the current basket and make a new order in the system which you can edit and process as a normal order
Once the conversion is completed you can click on the link to take you to the order which you can then edit and process as normal order
