Where can I perform the setup

On the Main SalesMachineX website go to either of the following pages

Setup → General Setup → Sales Teams

Setup → General Setup → Warehouse Item Availability

Setup from the Sales Team Page (The Quickest Way)

  1. Navigate to the desired Sales Team Setup Page and click the ‘Warehouse Setup’ Tab
  2. From here you can tick the Warehouses you want this Sales Team to use

Setup your first entry

  1. Click the ‘Add a New Entry’ Button at the top right of the page
  2. Click the ‘Warehouse’ field and select your first warehouse e.g. WH1
  3. Select ‘Team’ From the ‘Type’ Dropdown
  4. Click on the ‘Applies To’ field to choose one of your Sales Teams e.g. ST1
  5. Click the ‘Save’ button at the top right of the page to create your entry.

This will create an entry for Sales Team ST1 linked to Warehouse WH1
