Step 1: Create a Delivery Charge Group

A charge group acts as a container for related shipping costs. To create one:

1. Go to the Delivery Charges section in the main SalesMachineX website.

2. Click Create New Group and give it a clear name (e.g., “Standard Shipping” or “Express Delivery”).

3. Save the group – you will now see a new section where you can create charges.

Step 2: Add a Delivery Charge to the Group

Once you have created a charge group, you can define the specific delivery charges.

1. Select the charge group you just created.

2. Click Add New Charge and choose a pricing model:

• Flat Rate – A fixed shipping cost for all orders.

• Free Shipping – No shipping fee applied.

• Free Shipping with Minimum Amount – Free shipping only when an order exceeds a specified value.

3. Enter the charge amount and set the VAT percentage if applicable.
