In the main menu there is now a settings button. Tapping this will take you to the settings page of the app.
You will see App Version, Device Version, Sync time reset time and connection speed. Tapping on’'Connection Speed’ will run a speed test from your device and give you your connection speed. This is useful to see what kind of speeds your are getting. Even if you are on WiFi you might not have a very fast connection.
There are two image toggles in this section. You can enable or disable images from being downloaded in the product list and product gallery. Turning off the images will save you data and could improve your connection in a low connection area.
Tapping on ‘Send Device Info’ will run a speed test and then create a pdf document with all your system information from above that you can then send to us to help with diagnostics. Once the PDF is created you will get the normal Share Sheet where you can choose to send the file to us by email
Tapping on ‘Database Diagnostics’ will allow you to send us a copy of your local database so we can debug any issues you may be having.
Tapping ‘Reset the App’ will run the same reset as from the main menu. Resetting the app is a good way to trouble shoot as it will start you off with a fresh database.
