If Customer A wants to place orders for customers B,C,D

• Navigate to Customer A on the main website

• Create a user for Customer A as normal using their own email address

  

• Go to that new users setup page Setup -> Users -> (the new user)

• Click on the ’Select the customers the user can place orders for’ button

• Tick the box on Customer B,C and D
  • This will allow the user to place orders for Customer A, as well as customer B, C and D

The Collection Menu

• If you go to the page for Customer A, down the right-hand side there is a new button
  • ’Show Customer Collection Permissions’

• Untick the collections you do not want them to see in the menu

• Go to the customer page for customer B
• Untick the collections you do not want them to see in the menu
• Do the same for all the other customers
