Steps to place an order and take payment
- Tap the ‘Customer’ icon at the top of the screen
- Search for and select a customer
- Tap the ‘Add’ icon at the top of the screen to create a sales document
- Choose your type of sales document
- Search and add items to your order
- Click the ‘Basket’ icon at the bottom of the screen
- To Change Shipping Address
- Tap on the ‘Delivery’ tab
- Tap on the ‘Choose Location’ button
- Choose from the list of available shipping locations
- Tap the ‘Action’ button at the bottom of the screen
- Choose ‘Place Order’ from the menu
- To place the order and take payment
- Choose ‘Pay by Card’
- Choose a saved card or enter new details
- Once payment is complete you will be taken to the order list page
