Has the order been placed? If your office has not received your order, check the order status on your device.

The order status is "Open"

If the order status is "Open", click the Order Actions button, and then choose "Place Order". This will update the status to pending and sync the document to the Cloud. Please note, Your office system will not receive open orders.

The order status is "Pending"

If your order has already been placed and its status is "Pending", please perform a full sync to ensure that the order is updated on the cloud. Once updated, it will be sent to the office.
