When you upload an image to SalesMachineX, the image file gets saved in cloud storage

When you add an image to an item, a link is created between that item and the image file

If the image is not showing on the Apps or Customer Portal

Go to the main SalesMachineX website and see if the item has an image saved against it

Find the Item

Got to Item β†’ Find your Item and select it β†’ Scroll to the bottom of the page and see if there are any image names or ticked images against that item

Image name exists against the item but still not showing

If there is an image name against the item, check the image exists in your image library

Setup β†’ General Setup β†’ Image Library β†’ Search for the image name from the item

If there is no image with that name, upload a new image to the image library with the correct name from the item

Image name missing from the item

If there is no image against the item it could be one of three things and you will need to re-add the image link to the item

  1. An image was never added or added incorrectly
  2. The link to the image has been removed manually
  3. The link to the image has been overwritten by your back end system. If an item is un-ticked and then ticked again from your back end office system for whatever reason, the item will lose it’s link to the image file on SalesMachineX
