If you get an ‘Invalid Username or Password’ message:
- Check your loginID and password are correct. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Reset your password and try again
- Usernames must be lowercase. Spaces are not allowed.
- Usernames cannot be changed once they have been created. If the username is uppercase or has spaces your office will need to delete that user and create a new one.
