The version you have is now outdated and you need to get the new version from the App Store
If you see this message you can still perform a ‘Send updates’ sync to get all the data from your device up to the cloud before you delete the app
Install the newest version of the App
- Sync your Data
- If the app says you need to get a newer version you can run a ‘Send updates’ sync on your current version to get your data to the cloud before you reset or delete the App.
- Reset the App
- You must be online to perform a Reset. A Reset will run a one way sync to the cloud and then wipe all your SalesMachineX data from the device.
- Delete the App from your device.
- Deleting the app will wipe all your SalesMachineX data from the device!! If you have open or pending orders you must run a 'send updates’ sync before you delete otherwise those orders will not be sent to the office and will be lost!
