If a customers balance is showing an incorrect amount, the data in your back end system was probably being updated when the information was read by SalesMachineX … It will correct itself on the next sync.

If you ask the user to log out and back in again the balance will be more than likely will have been updated. If it’s still not correct after logging back in, the data will be updated the next time SalesMachineX gets an update from your office system.
