When uploading an image, please verify the presence of a checkmark icon next to the uploaded image, which indicates a successful upload. If you notice a cross icon instead, it might signify that the image is too large to be uploaded.
If the image was uploaded correctly, you will see a thumbnail next to the image name in the Image Library.
Sometimes, an image may be added to your Image Library, but the file fails to upload properly to the cloud. In such cases, the image name will appear in the list, but the thumbnail will be blank. If this happens, remove the image from your library using the red cross next to the image name, and try uploading the image again.
