You can't copy an empty quote. Make sure the quote has at least one line item before attempting to copy it.

Copying a Quote (Website)

To copy an existing quote using the website, follow these steps:

1. Open the quote you wish to copy.
2. Click on Quote Actions.
3. Select Copy Quote.
4. Choose the account you wish to copy the quote to.

Copying a Quote (Mobile App)

To copy an existing quote using the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. From the Menu, navigate to Sales.
2. Select Quotes.
3. Tap on the quote you wish to copy.
4. Tap the action button at the bottom right of the screen.
5. Tap Copy Document.
6. Tap Select Document Type and choose the document type you wish to create (e.g., Quote, Order, Invoice).
7. Tap Select Customer and choose the account you wish to copy the document to.
8. Tap Copy Document to finalise the process.
