On iPad, a user selects a customer and then goes to create an order. The user cannot create an order and sees the message ‘Oops!, please select a customer first!!’ even though a customer is already selected.

This is normally because the Customer has a different Bill To Customer ID. The user needs to have access to the Customer and the Bill To Customer

Solution1:

• Set the user to the owner of the Customer and the Bill To Customer

Solution2:

• Create a new sales team with the user and the owner of the Bill To Customer
• Set the user as the Manager of the Bill to Customer user
