After modifying your collections (adding, updating, or deleting), it's crucial to rebuild the Default Collection Menu. This process is simple:
- Navigate to the Collection Setup page
- Locate the 'Build Collection Menu' button on the right side
- Click the button to update the Default Collection Menu
Key points:
- When to rebuild: After changing Collection Names or altering Collection Structure
- Default state: When rebuilt, all collections are initially checked (enabled) by default
- Purpose: Ensures your Default Collection Menu reflects the most recent changes
Remember: This rebuilding step is necessary to keep your collection organization up-to-date and accessible to customers not assigned to specific collection groups.
On the Collection Setup page there is a button on the right side to ‘Build Collection Menu’

Clicking ‘Build Collection Menu’ will update the Default Collection Menu.
